We purchased a 1st floor Outtaman to put in our walk-out basement. It is so reassuring to know exactly where our safety stuff is if we ever need it. There was also room for us to put our Dechoker devices in, and some extra stuff we didn't have a good place for. We always now know where to go and don't have to panic. We asked for the optional label on the outside too, so everyone know this is a special ottaman. Such a great idea!
I worry about fire safety in our basement. The kids spend a lot of time down there and I didn't have a good place to store fire safety tools. The Outtaman was perfect! Now I feel safe knowing our kids have tools right at their finger tips incase of a fire!
I live in a city high-rise apartment and the 1st floor Outtaman (which I hopefully never NEED) is a great way to combine safety with style.
I considered just getting the products inside but realized where my current fire extinguisher was stored and that the additional products could just end up being shoved to the back of a cabinet/closet and be inconvenient to find/grab in an emergency. I didn't even know an additional stool would come in handy, but it has already and fits in well in my tiny home!
